Q: What happens after I submit the inquiry?

A: We review your requirements within one business day, then email you a detailed quotation with a production timeline. If the project is complex, we may schedule a brief WhatsApp call to clarify details before finalizing the quote.

Q: Can I request a catalog or sample before placing an order?

A: Yes. Mention "Catalog" or "Sample" in your message and we will arrange it. We can share our product catalog PDF and, for serious projects, ship physical samples to your location.

Q: Do I need to visit the factory before ordering?

A: Factory visits are welcome but not required. We provide detailed production drawings for your approval, and send progress photos and videos during manufacturing so you can see your products being built in real time. Many of our clients place their first order without ever visiting in person.
