Germany & Xiamen Dual-Villa Project

It started with a short video.

A Chinese entrepreneur living in Germany — Mr. Chen — came across one of our project case videos online. He'd left Fujian Province around 2000 to build a new life in Germany, where he now runs a large warehousing and logistics company. His work keeps him moving constantly between China and Germany, and he knows both markets well.

When your villa needs multiple outdoor products, choosing the same manufacturer is not just about cost — it's about design coherence. All products use the same aluminum profile series (consistent sight lines), the same coating system and color (no color mismatch), and design elements (CNC patterns, decorative details) can be carried across products — the gate pattern can be repeated on the fence, the screen panel, even the pergola side screens.

Before a single gram of aluminum was cut, we produced detailed 3D renderings of every product in its intended environment — showing Mr. Chen exactly how his finished spaces would look. Not a rough sketch. Not a generic catalog image. His properties, his dimensions, his design choices, rendered to scale.

Once production began, we kept Mr. Chen informed at every milestone. Photos. Videos. Status updates.
