Our design team can review your architectural specifications, produce CAD drawings, and calculate structural requirements based on your layout and local conditions. We do not guess. We produce drawings for your approval before any manufacturing begins.

From Raw Billet to Finished Product
At FindBlues, the entire manufacturing journey — from raw 6063-T5 virgin aluminum billet to packaged, ready-to-ship product — happens in our facility.
Extrusion
6063-T5 virgin aluminum billets are heated and extruded through custom dies into the profiles that become gate frames, fence rails, pergola beams, planter box panels, and screen frames. Our in-house extrusion means we produce exactly the profiles our designs require, to our tolerances — not profiles sourced from a third-party supplier's catalog.
CNC Cutting and Machining
Profiles are cut to exact specifications on CNC equipment. Consistency across your entire order — every post the same height, every rail the same length, every mitre the same angle — comes from precision machinery operated by technicians who have cut thousands of profiles before yours.
Welding and Assembly
TIG welding at every structural joint. Full penetration. Clean beads. Consistent gap control. Our welding team has accumulated decades of combined experience — the kind that shows in joints that look as clean as the surrounding material, not joints that need grinding and filler to cover imperfections.
Surface Treatment
Our standard finish uses Austria-imported TIGER Drylac® powder coating combined with PVDF fluoropolymer technology as our standard configuration for all export products, ensuring maximum weather resistance and color integrity in any climate. We do not use domestic powder coatings or offer separate tiers — this premium formulation is applied to every export product without exceptions.
