1. Scope of Application

These terms govern all global B2B transactions, pricing quotations, and structural manufacturing agreements processed through FindBlues Technology Co., Ltd.

By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you are acting on behalf of a business entity and agree to these terms in full. These terms apply to all aluminum outdoor products including gates, fencing, pergolas, and related structural components manufactured for export.

2. Orders & Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted based on the specifications, drawings, and requirements confirmed at the time of quotation.

A formal order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written acceptance, and a deposit payment as specified in the proforma invoice. Custom designs require client approval of production drawings before manufacturing begins. Any changes to specifications after drawing approval may incur additional charges and extended lead times.

3. Technical Specifications & Production Standards

All aluminum profiles are engineered under strict tolerances based on the verified CAD layouts supplied by our clients. FindBlues is not liable for structural issues arising from:

Client-supplied measurements or drawings that contain errors
Installation performed by third parties not approved by FindBlues
Modifications made to the product after delivery without written consent
Use of the product in conditions outside the intended application scope communicated during quotation

Clients are responsible for verifying that all structural drawings and sizing specifications are accurate before approving production. We recommend consulting a local structural engineer for load-bearing or regulatory compliance requirements in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property & Custom Designs

All proprietary designs, CAD models, and custom drawings supplied by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. FindBlues will not reproduce, sell, or distribute custom designs to third parties without written consent.

Generic designs from our standard catalog remain the property of FindBlues. Clients may not reverse-engineer or reproduce our catalog designs for commercial purposes without written agreement.

5. Product Integrity & Client Recourse

FindBlues stands behind the quality of its products and manufacturing processes. All products undergo full-item inspection before shipment.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or material inconsistency that affects structural functionality or surface finish quality, clients must notify FindBlues in writing within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic documentation. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, provide replacement parts, repair guidance, or proportional compensation.

This recourse does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from environmental exposure
Damage caused by improper installation or third-party handling
Cosmetic changes due to natural weathering over extended timeframes
Issues arising from modifications made after delivery

6. Shipping, Delivery & Dispute Resolution

Delivery terms are quoted on an Incoterms basis (typically FOB, CIF, or DDP as agreed). Risk transfers in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. Shipping timelines are estimates based on current production schedules and carrier availability, and are not guaranteed.
